Forgotten e-track password

What to do if you have forgotten your e-track password

  1. Open the e-track log in page, https://hit-etrack.cloud.maytas.co.uk/
  2. Click on 'Forgotten Password' 
  3. Enter your username and the email address you have registered with HIT. If you're not sure what your username is, refer to this article. Then click on 'Reset Password'
  4. IMPORTANT: Make sure that once you have clicked on Reset Password, you then click the 'Close' button on the left and close the browser tab that has the e-track log in screen open before clicking on the link that will be sent to your email.
  5. Click on the link in the email you will receive, or ideally copy and paste it into an 'incognito' or private browsing tab.
  6. You will then be prompted to change your password
  7. Once you have clicked OK, you should be able to log into e-track.
