Forgotten STAR Password

How to access STAR if you have forgotten your password

You may want to revisit this guide to make sure you have set up a password already for STAR. If not, you will need to log in using your access code and create a password.

If you can't find your access code, contact your trainer, who will be able to send you a new one from the system.

If you have your password stored in Chrome, but don't know what it is, refer to this guidance.

 

  1. Navigate to https://www.flowmodulemanager.co.uk/Star
  2. Click on the Login button.
  3. Click on 'Forgotten Password'
  4. Then just follow the insructions on the screen that will appear.
